Dr. Fallon has over 3 decades of experience and can handle a large variety of general internal medicine and geriatric health problems. We accept all major insurances and our doctor also speaks Spanish.


Bradi Basey is born and raised in Wauchula and graduated from Chamberlain University in Illinois. She specializes in family medicine and has over 10 years of Pediatric experience. She accepts most major insurances and looks forward to new patients of all ages.


Martha (Marty) Folsom, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a graduate of Polk Community College and of the University of South Florida. She has more than 15 years of experience as NP in family, pediatric and women’s health services.


Our ARNP Ashley Vilarette specializes in Family Medicine and is also certified to perform Aesthetic Treatments such as Botox/Dysport and other fillers. We are also available for same-day treatments or Saturday appointments. Visit our Aesthetics page for more information.
